Key Responsibilities:Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the fine dining restaurant to the highest standards.Deliver exceptional

in line with the venues reputation for excellence.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.Oversee

GPS and stock control systems , ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Monitor budgets and drive cost control without compromising guest experience.Uphold all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.Requirements:Proven experience in a

4 or 5

hotel or fine dining restaurant.Strong leadership and

people management

skills.In-depth knowledge of

silver service

and high-end guest experience protocols.Competency with

stock control
