Job Description The Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to support the leadership of the Restaurant and Bar at The Reserve. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a unique setting where attention to detail and guest experience are paramount. You will work closely with the Restaurant and Bar Manager to ensure seamless daily operations, elevate service standards, and lead a knowledgeable and engaged front-of-house team.
