Overlooking the River Thames, the Club has 56 beautifully appointed bedrooms, conference and banqueting space, a bar, terrace and a restaurant that provides simply cooked, seasonal, quality British food.We are now looking for an experienced Assistant Reception Manager to join our reception team at the Farmers Club.

ensuring exc eptional guest service, and leading the reception team. This role includes managing bookings, handling guest inquiries, maintaining compliance with club policies, Duty Management function and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.You will also be responsible as below-
Deputise for the Reception and Reservations Manager during their absence.-
To work closely with the Reception and Reservations Manager, reviewing the forthcoming arrivals and to ensure we meet member requirements and anticipate special requirements.-
To co-ordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure the member journey from booking to departure is of a high standard and their stay is successful.-
To undertake all front of house duties, including meeting, greeting members and guests, check in/out and providing assistance to ensure an excellent, friendly guest service experience.-
To interact with the members/guests and fellow team members in a professional and friendly manner.-
To build a good rapport with all members and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain a high level of quality customer service.- Serve as the mentor and coach for the department, providing guidance and support to team members.- To ensure that all new starters are correctly inducted into the department.- Train coach and mentor the Reception team as and when required in conjunction with other Heads of Department if necessary.-To ensure that the Reception complies with the Clubs Health and Safety policy and proceduresAbout YouIf you are an experienced Reception Supervisor with a passion for excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.The ideal candidate will also :have previous experience of working in 4* or 5* hotel or Club reception in a Supervisory or similar position.have managed a team.have excellent working knowledge of Opera PMSbe a team player and good at adapting.have excellent communication skills.have flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days a week including on weekends and bank holidays.have the right to live and work in UK.The Farmers Club is an equal opportunity employer.
