Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial plans. Conduct regular cost analysis and reporting to identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective cost control measures are implemented. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate terms to achieve the best value for the project. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to the project.
