Our client are a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor, and are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is your chance to be part of a company that has seen impressive growth, increasing its turnover -30 million/year, servicing some of the leading residential housebuilders.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of large volume housing projects, with the flexibility to work from sites located in Sussex, or from their Kent office.

This role is perfect for individuals with house-building experience who can read drawings, understand contract variations, and have a keen willingness to learn. While groundwork experience is not essential, your ability to adapt and grow within the role will be highly valued.
