The Role: Assisting with tender preparation, valuations, variations and final accounts Supporting the commercial team in delivering framework and minor works projects Carrying out site measurements and monitoring project progress Preparing applications for payment and subcontractor valuations Maintaining accurate site records and commercial documentation Attending site and subcontractor meetings Working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance and minimise risk Supporting CVR reporting and commercial strategy implementation About You: Degree completed or currently studying Quantity Surveying, or HNC/HND qualified Some Quantity Surveying experience within construction, maintenance or minor works Understanding of measurement and commercial processes Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and organisational abili...
