You will support the commercial team with project finances and subcontractor accounts, gaining practical experience with opportunities to progress into a Quantity Surveyor role. Key responsibilities Assist with project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasts. Support the preparation of take-offs, valuations, and applications for payment. Assist with subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts. Track project costs and variations, maintaining accurate commercial records. Work alongside senior surveyors and project teams to support commercial delivery. Requirements Some quantity surveying experience, ideally within MandE contracting. Basic understanding of cost management and subcontractor accounts. Familiarity with construction contracts, valuations, and variations. Good numerical, communication, and organisational skills.
