Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary turnkey business who undertakes a wide variety of rail projects, from solution recommendations to complete design and construction.

You''ll be working on a new minor works and civils framework. Main works will be contract administration under the main contract and subcontracts, supporting the team with management of subcontract payment notices in accordance with statutory and company requirements, assist in the preparation of periodic cost/ value reconciliation reports, monitoring of planned vs actual cost across disciplines and more.

You''ll Ideally be degree qualified or on a degree pathway in Commercial/Quantity Surveying. Have experience on NEC option A, C or E contracts. Rail or framework experience desirable, not essential.
