Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing

Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for a busy commercial department within a refurbishment, social housing contractor based in the West Midlands.

This role requires you to have 2-3 years of QS experience and ideally working within social housing - albeit refurbishment, maintenance works would be considered.

Knowledge of managing the commercial process within refurbishment & maintenance projects whilst reporting into a QS.
