You'll work alongside an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a major programme of planned refurbishment and improvement works across residential properties, supporting the commercial management of projects.  Property Services, Social Housing or Planned Maintenance experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. The client is open to candidates from a range of construction backgrounds, including residential, new build, refurbishment and general contracting. The Role Reporting into the Quantity Surveyor, you'll provide day-to-day commercial support across a range of planned works programmes.
