Assistant Quantity Surveyor Main Contractor Central London A well-established and highly respected London-based main contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of prestigious construction projects across Central London. The Role Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with cost management across live construction projects Preparation of valuations, cost reports and final accounts Supporting procurement of subcontractors and suppliers Assisting with tender analysis and subcontract package management Monitoring variations, change control and cost forecasting Liaising with site teams, consultants and subcontractors Ensuring commercial procedures are followed accurately About You Degree qualified or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Experience working with a main contractor on UK construction projects (preferred) Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills Keen to develop a long-term career in construction commercial management Proactive, detail-focused and capable of working within a collaborative team The Opportunity Exposure to high-quality construction projects in Central London A ..... full job details .....
