With a strong reputation for quality delivery and a collaborative culture, they continue to secure repeat business across live and regulated environments.Due to sustained growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple schemes.The RoleReporting to a Quantity Surveyor, Project Lead, or Director, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial delivery of one or multiple projects.Working closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor and wider commercial team, you will assist in ensuring all commercial processes are followed in line with company procedures, with a focus on maximising project profitability and recovering variation costs.This is a client- and subcontractor-facing role requiring a professional, detail-oriented approach, offering exposure across all aspects of project commercial management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in issuing subcontract tender packages in line with contract conditions and company proceduresSupport the evaluation and analysis of subcontractor tender returnsAttend pre- and ..... full job details .....
