Based out of the area, this role will cover a wide range of projects including commercial refurbishments, internals ad externals ranging from £10k up to £5m. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial support to the Commercial Manager and senior management team on multiple projects across the region.  Responsibilities: - Financial and contractual management - Reviewing contract terms and conditions with the Commercial Manager - Procurement and management of all suppliers and subcontractors - Submission and agreement of client valuations and final accounts - Ensure variations are reported and costed in a timely manner - Maximising each project’s cash position  - Monthly CVR reporting - Managing financial risk and opportunity - Assist the Contracts Manager with project reporting - Provide estimating and contracts management support when time permits - Encourage and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and supply chain Requirements: - Degree qualified de...
