Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week(between 7 AM and 17.30 PM)
Location: Ealing, W5
Rate: -24.02/hour on UMB (Temp to perm) (Perm Approx -40,8000)

Requirement:

• Experience in social housing environment across Voids and Repairs streams, with strong working knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates and SOR codes.
• Skills in measuring works and supporting the preparation, agreement, and processing of applications for payment.
• DBS Check (we will process at offer stage)
