The successful candidate will assist with cost management, procurement, valuations, subcontractor administration, and financial reporting while gaining valuable experience within a fast-paced construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.Support the management of project costs throughout the project lifecycle.Measure and value works completed on site.Prepare and assist with interim valuations and final accounts.Help manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations.Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual documentation.Assist in identifying commercial risks and opportunities.Support monthly cost reporting and forecasting activities.Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations.Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.RequirementsDegree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Previous experience in a ..... full job details .....
