We are looking for an individual to work on reactive maintenance, voids and disrepair projects assessing repairs needed in occupied and empty homes within the Social Housing sector.About YouWe are looking for the successful candidate to have previous experience of commercial activity on a repairs and maintenance contracts.Social housing experience is idealIdeally experience working on reactive maintenance/voids contractsExperience with managing subcontractors / subcontractor paymentsThorough and meticulous person with an eye for detailThe ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a flexible attitude to work task and workloadAbility to work on own initiativeExperience working with NHF Schedule of Rates.Salary and BenefitsYou will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group''s success.
