Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Borehamwood, Hertfordshire £32,000 £40,000 DOE + Benefits The Opportunity Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with one or two years experience looking for broader commercial responsibility and genuine progression? A growing property maintenance contractor is looking for an ambitious Assistant QS to join its Borehamwood team. Working directly with a Director and alongside an experienced Contracts Manager, you ll gain hands-on exposure to estimating, cost control, subcontractor accounts, variations, invoicing and commercial reporting. This is a varied role where you can see each job through from initial enquiry and quotation to final cost review. As the division continues to expand, you ll have the opportunity to develop your commercial knowledge, take ownership of your work and progress into a more senior position.
