This privately owned residential contractor and developer is looking for an Assistant QS / Estimator to join its commercial team. Based in Chelsea, you''ll work across high-end residential schemes in West London, developing your understanding of both pre-construction and project delivery. You''ll receive support from the Head of Commercial while taking increasing responsibility for your own work. Your duties will include: Assisting with estimates, quantity take-offs and tender submissions. Reviewing drawings, specifications and subcontractor quotations.
