Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity to work for an Award Winning Civil Engineering Contractor on environmental projects.

This role will give you the opportunity to either run your own smaller projects or as a tam on larger environmental civil engineering projects, quick progression to becoming a Quantity Surveyor, whilst being supported towards gaining chartership.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:

• Day to day commercial administration of the projects &/or packages under NEC.
• Undertaking and CE''s and EW''s
• Reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme.
• Being trained to monitor, forecast and report on budgets and costs against programme and producing CVR''s.
• Reviewing payment applications
• Attending client and project progress meetings.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience.
• 3+ years'' construction industry experience, with Civil Engineering / infrastructure project experience an advantage.
• NEC contract experience.
• Happy to be office and/or site based.
