This team is known for delivering complex, fast-paced schemes across a range of sectors.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond a purely support role and gain real commercial ownership, working closely with experienced senior leaders.About the RoleYou will report directly into a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, supporting the commercial delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.Projects typically include:Large-scale distribution and logistics centresEducation refurbishments and new build schemesMOD (Ministry of Defence) projectsA mix of fit-out, refurbishment, and new build constructionProject values can vary, giving you exposure to both fast-track smaller works and more complex, higher-value schemes.This role will be predominantly office-based, giving you strong mentorship and support, while still involving regular site visits to build your practical understanding of delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final accountSupport the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and financial forecastsAssist with ..... full job details .....
