Assistant Quantity Surveyor

With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, they are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.The RoleReporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you''ll support the commercial delivery of residential developments from pre-construction through to final account.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their QS career looking to gain hands-on experience within a structured and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with cost planning and budgeting across residential projectsSupporting procurement processes, including tendering and subcontractor selectionPreparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and paymentsAssisting with valuations, variations, and cost reportingMonitoring project costs and identifying risks/opportunitiesLiaising with site teams, subcontractors, and consultantsSupporting final accounts and project close-outRequirementsDegree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management1-3 years'' experience in a QS/Assistant QS role (ideally within residential or construction)Understanding of basic commercial processes and cost controlStrong numeracy and communication skillsKeen to learn and progress within a developer environmentFull UK driving licence (preferred)What''s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits ..... full job details .....
