Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, for a contractor based in london, who have lots of interesting and complex rail projects. Key Responsibilities Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in managing the commercial aspects of railway track-work and infrastructure projects. Support with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts. Contribute to the financial and contractual administration of various workstreams. Help monitor project costs, ensuring financial control and reporting against budgets. Collaborate with project teams, design teams, and clients to support project delivery. Undertake site visits as required to support commercial activities. Experience: Some relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management is beneficial, ideally within a construction, infrastructure, or rail environment. Aspirations: An ambitious and motivated individual looking to build a career in the railway sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software applications for quantity surveying and project management is a plus. A keen interest in rail and infrastructure projects. Salary is upto 37,000 plus package.
