I am looking for an intermediate or project level client side OR construction side Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role will involve all stages of construction projects from initial inception through to final account and life cycle management. Typically the role will involve: Pre-Construction Undertaking feasibility studies Performing risk and value management assessments Compiling tender enquiries Procurement Cost planning Tender analysis Negotiating tenders and contracts Construction Contract drafting Contract Administration Change management, assessment and instruction.
