We''re representing a growing Fit Out & Refurbishment contractor who are looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience on CAT A, CAT B and office fit out projects across London, with values from -500k up to -10m. You''ll work directly alongside an experienced QS team, giving you exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Role Overview:

• Assisting with cost plans, valuations and variations

• Supporting procurement and subcontractor management

• Helping to prepare tenders and contract documentation

• Working closely with Senior/Intermediate QSs to develop your commercial skills

• Keeping projects on track with budgets and deadlines

What''s on offer:

• Salary -30,000 - -40,000 (DOE) + benefits

What we''re looking for:

• Some experience as a Trainee/Assistant QS (ideally in fit out or refurbishment)

• Good knowledge of construction processes and contracts (JCT preferred)

• Degree-qualified or working towards it (QS / Commercial Management)

• Eager to learn, proactive and confident in a client-facing role
