They are looking for a driven, commercially minded Assistant Quantity Surveyor who wants to step away from rigid corporate structures and gain true, end-to-end project exposure.This is a brilliant opportunity to take real ownership of your own subcontract packages rather than just being a small cog in a massive wheel. Splitting your time between the office and active project sites, you will work hand-in-hand with the site delivery teams to keep projects on track and on budget.Key Responsibilities:Work hand-in-hand with the site team to procure subcontract packages, including pulling together comprehensive tender documents.Reconcile and analyse incoming subcontractor quotations to ensure accurate commercial comparisons.Identify potential project risks and opportunities during the tender analysis stage.Prepare final subcontract documents and commercial agreements.Handle the remeasurement of subcontractor accounts and draft accurate, timely payment notices.Gain valuable client-facing exposure by assisting in the preparation of monthly external valuations.Requirements, Skills and ..... full job details .....
