With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!About the Role:As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working in our social housing, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.This role will see you working as an Assistant quantity surveyor, part of a local team assisting the Commercial and General Manager with commercial control and reporting on high standard Commercial activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class commercial acumen, customer service and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.Provide support and assistance towards the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.Provide an effective interface with the clients, ..... full job details .....
