This role involves assisting with cost management, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with project teams to monitor progress, manage valuations and variations, and support effective cost control, while identifying commercial risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with team members to support commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts. Maintain and update contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support subcontract procurement, negotiation, and administration processes. Assist in managing and valuing contract variations.
