SSA are currently recruiting for a qualified Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with a well-renowned MandE contractor, working on various projects in the London Area. They are currently looking for someone to aid the Senior Quantity Surveyor as well as have independent responsibilities among future projects.Duties may involve but are not limited to:Assist in production of accurate project cost reporting, commercial dashboards, and project cost forecastsIdentification and evaluation of commercial risks and opportunities for improved performanceAid in subcontract evaluation and managementAssist in the production of accurate and timely Cost Value ReportsProvide support to all ongoing project and commercial reviewsAssisting with valuationsBuilding relationships with clients and other key stakeholdersAssisting in the development of junior members of staffRole and Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience requiredRelevant degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction EconomicsAbility to work both individually and as part of a teamExcellent IT skills essentialStrong communication and organization skillsMy client is offering circa £32k - £45k dependent on experience + ..... full job details .....
