Developments range between 50-150 unit trad build schemes which are running until late 2027. Duties will include;- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures. Monitor site performance against plans, budgets, and financial targets. Track project costs and highlight potential variances. Support the preparation of cashflows, cost reports, and cost-to-complete forecasts. Provide timely cost reports and key updates to senior team members. Assist in preparing tender documentation and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations. Support the procurement process and help prepare and issue subcontract agreements and orders. Prepare interim valuations and applications for payment. Measure works on site to support valuation and cost control. Assist with valuing and managing variations and their financial impact.
