Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

Now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based on a brand new scheme in Elephant & Castle. The project is a large mixed use residential development, split in multiple phases (high rise, RC frame).-

The role will report into the Senior QS.

Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of major residential developments (RC Frame, High Rise).

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between -50k - -55k + full package and bonus system.
