The Role: We are seeking an  Assistant Quantity Surveyor  to join a dedicated neighbourhood team supporting a large-scale estate regeneration and investment programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 12 months of relevant experience who is looking to gain hands-on exposure to major construction and housing projects while learning from experienced professionals. Working within a specialist project team, you will support the delivery of approximately £250 million of investment across eight live projects, helping to monitor costs, analyse financial information, support commercial reporting, and contribute to successful project delivery.
