Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Private Healthcare + 26 Days Holiday

They''re now looking to recruit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is ready to put their studies into practice and begin building a successful commercial career. The Role
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you''ll work alongside an experienced commercial team, gaining practical experience across every stage of the project lifecycle while developing the skills needed to become a successful Quantity Surveyor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the commercial management of projects valued between £5m and £20m
- Assisting with cost reporting, forecasting and budget management
- Preparing valuations, variations and payment applications
- Supporting subcontractor procurement and account management
- Working closely with site and project teams to monitor commercial performance
- Producing commercial reports and financial information
- Developing strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors while learning industry best practice
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
- A genuine interest in civil engineering and commercial management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one)
- £28,000 - £32,000 starting salary
