A young, sociable Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor''s Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work within a team of 15+ Quantity Surveyors who work across an impressive portfolio of work including:

• High end residential refurbishment - acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator
• School extension - up to -10m
• Commercial spaces

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also undertake pre and post cost management services under the supervision of an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Director.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a construction related degree
• 18+ months, UK quantity surveying experience
• Pre and/or post contract experience
• Previous experience within a cost management / cost consultancy practice
• A proactive and inquisitive nature
• Driving licence
