Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A reliable, growing Construction Consultancy is looking to hire an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Consultant team and further push their continuous growth in Manchester.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor''s Role:

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be supporting projects from inception to completion carrying out pre and post contract roles including the preparation of estimates, budgets and cost plans.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need to show strong communication skills as they will be working closely with clients and project teams aiming to form long term relationships.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Achieved a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Working towards APC
• Good knowledge of Pre and Post contract work
• Experience within a PQS Consultancy
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
