Assistant Quantity Surveyor

One of London''s longest standing construction consultancy''s, renowned for their success with the APC, is seeking a smart Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has ambitions of achieving MRICS.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor''s Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall work and assist an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Partner on a mixture of residential and retrofit projects for public bodies and local authorities across London and the Southeast.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out a traditional quantity surveying role including cost planning and contract administration.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (open to those on the apprenticeship scheme)
• Minimum of 18 months quantity surveying experience within a PQS / consultancy practice
• Pre contract experience
• Eager to achieve MRICS
• Any public sector project experience would be a bonus
