The role will be split between site and the office, with sites spread across London and the surrounding counties, mainly working on CAT A, CAT B and shell and core projects. The business is driven to promote from within and there is a clear path for progression for degree qualified candidates. Initially, the work will be on 2 sites worth 20m and 14m in both Guildford and Monument respectively, assisting the commercial manager with anything required.Responsibilities for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:Working from PCSA to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.Assisting the commercial manager with any day-to-day duties.Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.Pricing, and managing change and variations.Site meetings.Requirements for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Quantity surveying degree qualified.1-3 years'' experience at a fit out contractor is ideal but not required.Good Communication skills.Keen learner and inquisitive attit...
