All work will be on CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out and refurbishments, mainly in zones 1 and 2 but all will be within the M25. Responsibilities for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Working from PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts. Assistant surveyors, seniors and commercial managers with any day-to-day duties. Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts. Pricing, and managing change and variations. Site meetings.
