Assistant Quantity Surveyor

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor-position for and on behalf of one of our clients.-

The position is for a regional main-contractor who turnover -1020m annually within the commercial, residential and local authorities sector.-

The role is for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Supporting Senior Quantity Surveyor.-
• Take-offs
• Valuations
• Cost reporting
• Site visits
• Estimating
• Managin sub-contractors

Requirements for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role are:

• Minimum of 2-years experience
• Some estimating or quantity surveying experience
• Experience with construction process
