Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Are you ready to take your first step in Quantity Surveying? We''re working with a major organisation delivering a high-profile capital programme and looking for Assistant Quantity Surveyors (internally known as Assistant Commercial Managers) to join their expanding commercial team.

The Role
You''ll support the commercial team across all stages of the project lifecycle, including:

• Assisting with cost management, procurement, and contract administration

• Helping prepare budgets, estimates, and tender documents

• Monitoring project costs and progress, flagging risks and opportunities

• Developing your knowledge of NEC contracts and frameworks

• Collaborating with project teams and contractors to ensure value and compliance

About You

• recently completed a Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related qualification

• Detail-oriented, keen to learn, and a confident communicator

• Some industry exposure is a bonus but not essential - enthusiasm and potential matter most
