Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a growing main contractor specialising in Design & Build fit-out projects across the retail and commercial sectors, is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

This role is open to recent graduates, apprentices, or those with 2–3 years of industry experience. You''ll work directly with the Managing Director and gain hands-on exposure to the full commercial process, with a clear route to grow into a commercial lead as the business continues to scale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with take-offs and cost planning
• Issuing tender opportunities to the supply chain
• Supporting framework pricing and bid preparation
• Helping manage commercial documentation and project cost control
