Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up and take on more responsibility? This is your chance to work on a £20M housing scheme in Bolton with a respected main contractor delivering a mix of homes for sale, affordable units, and apartments.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial team across procurement, cost reporting, and subcontractor management. This role is ideal for someone confident in taking ownership of packages and looking to build the experience needed to step into a Quantity Surveyor role in the near future.

In this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position, you will:

• Assist with procurement and subcontractor negotiations
• Work with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager on cost control and reporting
• Be actively involved in valuations, variations, and CVRs
• Gain exposure to every phase of a major residential build
