Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A respected and growing construction consultancy, based in Central London near Tottenham Court Road, is looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their established and friendly team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to a broad range of private sector projects including luxury residential, hotels, commercial office space, high-end fit-out, life sciences, laboratories, and civic schemes.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking tailored APC support and exposure to prestigious developments. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from hands-on training and direct support from senior colleagues, with a clear route to progression within a collaborative and professional environment.
The team is open-minded and would welcome candidates with a strong interest in residential or commercial work, particularly those looking for more variety than they get in their current roles.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- BSc or MSc Degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS Accredited)
- 2 years minimum QS experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
- Property / Real Estate sector experience
- Pre & Post Contract Experience
- Currently working towards APC & keen to obtain chartership
