Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

Now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Westminster. The project is a large mixed use residential development, split in multiple phases. You will be based on phase 2, 152 units in total - -35m build cost.

The role will report into the Senior QS.

Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of major residential developments (RC Frame).

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between -45k - -50k + full package and bonus system.
