About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor delivering Cut & Carve refurbishment projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a dynamic environment, working on complex structural refurbishment schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the commercial management of Cut & Carve projects
• Supporting cost planning, valuations, and variations
• Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers
• Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost control
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Trainee QS
• Exposure to refurbishment or Cut & Carve projects (preferred)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)
