They''re keen to bring in someone who''s motivated, reliable, and looking to develop long term rather than just move around.The RoleYou''ll be supporting the commercial team across a range of projects, getting involved in all aspects of quantity surveying including:Supporting procurement activities, including benchmarking prices and reviewing supplier returnsAssisting with scoping of works and breaking down subcontract packagesRaising subcontract orders internally and issuing to the supply chainReviewing subcontractor applications and invoices, and issuing payment noticesKeeping commercial trackers and workbooks up to date, ensuring forecast cost to complete remains accurateAssisting with valuations of works completed and ongoing forecastingIdentifying and flagging variations, issuing relevant instructions where requiredPreparing and submitting valuations and client invoicesMonitoring project spend against budget and highlighting any ..... full job details .....
