The role offers a structured progression route and the opportunity to work across a variety of civils, MandE, and infrastructure schemes for major clients.Responsibilities will include:Supporting the Quantity Surveying team with the commercial management of ongoing contracts.Assisting with the preparation and submission of monthly valuations and cost reports.Helping manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and variation orders.Maintaining accurate records of site progress and financial performance.Working closely with operational teams to monitor budgets, forecast costs, and control risk.Assisting in the negotiation and agreement of final accounts.Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal commercial procedures.What you will need to ..... full job details .....
