The role involves assisting with cost control, contract administration, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting regulatory and client requirements.   Responsibilities of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cashflow forecasts.
