Their work includes bespoke residential builds, refurbishment and construction projects, with schemes typically ranging from £500k to £2.5m. All projects are located within approximately one hour of the Maidstone office, providing a predominantly office-based role with limited site travel. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with around 1-2 years'' experience to develop their commercial career within a close-knit contractor.
