Position: Assistant Quantity SurveyorLocation: MaidstoneSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Bennett and Game are representing an established construction contractor who are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. Based in Maidstone, the company has a turnover of circa £5m and specialises predominantly in high-end residential construction, alongside a selection of commercial projects. Their work includes bespoke residential builds, refurbishment and construction projects, with schemes typically ranging from £500k to £2.5m. All projects are located within approximately one hour of the Maidstone office, providing a predominantly office-based role with limited site travel. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with around 1-2 years'' experience to develop their commercial career within a close-knit contractor. Working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will gain broad exposure across procurement, tendering, estimating, cost control and general commercial management, with genuine scope to take on increased responsibility as your experience develops.
