Position: Assistant Quantity SurveyorLocation: LymingtonSalary: 35,000 - 50,000 Bennett and Game are representing a well-established, specialist construction company who are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.The company is a CIOB Chartered construction firm with a strong local reputation across Hampshire and Dorset. They specialise in bespoke high-end residential new builds, heritage refurbishments, Passivhaus projects and commercial developments, delivering projects ranging from smaller works through to multi-million-pound developments.This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a few years of experience looking to take the next step in their commercial career. The successful candidate will join an established team, working closely with an experienced Managing Surveyor who will provide hands-on guidance and development. The company is open to candidates from other construction sectors who demonstrate the right attitude, commercial aptitude and genuine interest in high-end residential construction.
